Impeachment

There is now a glut of clear evidence that the MSM is resisting the suggestion of "the I word", because lying about a blowjob is far far worse than, say, planning a war and then lying about the country's greatest tragedy to execute it. I think we've ALL lied about a blowjob, but how many of you have sent your neighbors to die?

But now the commander-in-chief and gonzo have flat broken the law, spying on citizen, and it's not just Democrats saying it.

If you are a Republican and reading this, please save yourself while there is still a chance.

Otherwise, sign the petition at http://impeachbush.org/, but more importantly, NOW is the time to fire up Outlook and get those letters to the editors going to the Washington Post, NYT, NBC, CBS, ABC, CNN, even Fox and the Washington Times, who cares that's the beauty of email it doesn't kill trees.

Call your Senators. Call your Representative. Join a public protest. Do something, anything, to get the "I" word on the plate for 2006. Because if we take back the House, it can happen.

Power corrupts, but unchecked Power is far more dangerous, and we've already seen the results of a corrupt regime taking advantage of it's trusting citizens following 9/11. This is about accountability and taking stock of the last 5 years.

While showing brief truth-telling abilities forged of raw human emotion during Katrina, the MSM is creeping backwards again and trading complacency and compliance for access. Do NOT let this happen.

UPDATE: Well props, sort of, to Arlen Spector to mentioning the "I" word on George the elf's show this morning. Not they he ever would because there are very few Republicans that can operate outside the system, and apparently it takes cancer to make a Republican grow a conscious.

Hey, man, I signed it, and I'm with you! We'll bring him down good, because this time he's just gone too far. My neighbor *was* in Iraq, and though he didn't die, he's pisssed as what's up. Keep up the fight. Your brother, Ben.

Yeah, well and "we the idiots" elected him for a second term.

Ben - can you post about what he's pissed about?

Nick - if you think he legally won either election, I've got a bridge to sell you.
